A little about Team Thinking of You 2/6 MEU...
Our Marines are in full force this December aboard the 2/6 MEU! A big thank you goes out to Marine Mom Christina Wagner for all of her help in creating her son's team!
Christina writes, "My son, Corporal Ryan D. Wagner, has always had the heart and dedication to join the U.S. Marine Corp since he was young. I as his mother and never having a family member in the military never really imagined that day when he came to me to tell me he was meeting a recruiter and signing on. My heart hurt and I cried to the reality of him taking on such a major decision to fight for our country. I was full of emotions, mostly scared, but I have come to realize this is what he wanted and I was going to support him 100% with his decision.
He graduated boot camp as Private First Class and has ranked to Corporal in Infantry, Weapons. He has past deployed to Okinawa where he also visited Korea. In about a month, he will be deployed on the MEU for a period of 8 to 9 months. His strength, dedication, and perseverance is greatly admired and I am such a proud momma! Would love for this BLT to receive this special gift."
Have no worries, Christina! Our Angels are sure to send some incredible holiday goodie boxes to Ryan and his Buddies!
