A little about Team Black Sea
Nearly four years ago, Cindy's Baking Angels had the pleasure and honor to support Team Leatherneck with then, Marine MSgt David Billa. Team Leatherneck was our third team to open in 2011. Today, with nearly 60 teams behind us, we are pleased to announce that David's son, Marine CPL David E. Billa, will be one of our March recipients! Thank you, David, for nominating your son!
CPL Billa writes, "We are a part of Black Sea Rotational Force in aid to the Special Marine Air Ground Task Force. My Marines and I maintain and repair communication equipment in and around the area. Our battalion, America's Battalion, is spread throughout the European continent."

* Team Updates!
Team Black Sea has had a wonderful turnout and shipments of Angel Goodie Boxes are heading their way now! Angels are sending in photos and notes are coming back from our Troops of just how much they appreciate our support. Thank you to all my Angels for always being there for our Troops and for supporting our mission.
David writes, "Good morning miss Cindy! Yes we received 3 of your boxes at once yesterday. They were awesome! The marines were very excited to open them. I have shared all the goodies and messages with all the marines in the shop. I'll be sure to get thank you cards in the mail soon. Also I have some pictures of the marines opening the boxes. Although one of them didn't survive the fight we all still thoroughly enjoyed them. One of the boxes there was a tupperware container of cake mix that exploded all over the box! It was quite fun sifting through it find where the mess came from. Hands covered in cake mix make great snacks . We appreciate everything you and your Angels do!"
